Yes, you heard that correctly.  On this list of Fall 2023 trends is "no pants". How are we going to take this trend from the runway to the real world.  My age, lifestyle and location don't really fit with this trend, but I have figured out two ways to enjoy this trend.

I thought it would be fun to take a few fall trends and summer-ize them so we can wear them now.  I'm starting with "80's Business Chic".  

It's September.  Hard to believe, but here we are talking about fall fashion.  It's still nice and hot, but it is fun to look ahead and see what's coming for fall style.  I'm going to start familiarizing myself with the trends on the horizon and think about how I may wear them based on my age, lifestyle and location.  Sound fun?  I think so!  Let's get started.

The pool is bringing out all the fun poolside recipes I've been storing up for years and years and the poolside drink options are pretty much endless.  This combo is my current go-to.  It is so refreshing on a hot day and the whole family loves it.  It is easy to customize for any mood or theme, too.  

This summer I've really gotten into beauty and make-up products and it has been so fun.  Super fun for Sephora, too, I'm sure, since they have benefitted the most.  Like so many other things in fashion and beauty, entering the market has become easier and easier and small business-minded people can bring their creativity to market like never before.  We all win in this new era! 

The big summer good-bye weekend is just a couple of weeks away and, while we can still enjoy the Endless Summer activities we just mentioned, who doesn't love another reason to fully enjoy a long summer weekend.

Summer is still here.  No matter what Instagram tells you, it is not time to buy sweaters and decorate for fall.  I'll give you Game Day since that is just weeks away, but the first few games are still in summer mode so all the following applies.
