This year has been __________ (fill in the blank).  It's hard to believe the holidays have arrived and, I must admit, I wasn't completely feeling it yet.  The holiday spirit, that is.  There seems to be so much out of our control.  I read an article about "15 Things You Can Do..." to make a difference - I don't remember the exact title, but it inspired me and reminded me that if we all do a few things IN our control, we CAN make a BIG difference.'

There are few things we love more than live music outside.  I don't care if it's one guy and a guitar near the beach or a full blown band in an outdoor venue, it is just the best.  We had a few concerts on the calendar heading into 2020, but.... well, yo

I'm on a plant kick and on our latest photo shoot, I thought I was in actual heaven.  

A must-have in our Sea Island Shirtdress design was perfect pockets.  They had to be placed so as not to take away from the dress shape, deep enough to hold your smartphone and lipstick and the right height to make them convenient.  I think we nailed it!

Things got a little crazy and I paired my gingham Sea Island Shirtdress with my plaid shacket for a cool morning - and I liked it! It felt very J. Crew of me. LOL I always have believed they are the pattern play masters. 

I love shirtdresses, but each time there was something I wanted to change.  Finally, I decided to design my own. It was such a fun process, taking things I liked, changing those I didn't and going through about three rounds of patterns before... perfection!  

And, just like that, it became a sightseeing dress!

Oh my goodness. At the end of every episode, we just look at each other with our mouths open. We always ask the question, “Should we watch the next one?” We never do. It’s just so intense.
