One of the most fun parts of my business is when I get to do pop-up shops and events.  I get to meet people I interact with on social media, see old friends and see people's reactions to my Pixie pieces.  I always leave these events with such joy in my heart.  

So, this morning I figured out a way to describe the Atlanta neighborhood Summerhill.

So, we really test our apparel for life and our dress collection has even been thoroughly swing tested.  Not many brands can say that!  Ha Ha! We have really enjoyed shooting at this pretty farm and could not resist the swing shots

Spring calls for casual layers as the cooler mornings turn to warm afternoons.  That also means lots of activities and outside time.  The sneaker and denim jacket combo make a great pair for taking on all the spring fun you've got lined up.

I love how Danielle made this Sea Island Shirtdress her own for her desert getaway.  I designed the length on these so they would be easy to alter for personal preference. 

We just announced three new colors in our popular Milton Dress and, everyone's favorite staple color made the latest launch. 

I must say that when I design these pieces, I'm thinking about the sea, often dreaming them up during a sunrise with coffee overlooking the actual sea.  What has been so fun about how you bring them to life is to see all the other places you wear them.  From hot springs in Jackson Hole to a festive pool at a Las Vegas resorts to lake days to a desert oasis. 

Heading out to the beach for Spring Break and one thing I've learned is that our early Spring Break can still be quite cool.  Since I'm not there for max rays anymore, I love the cooler, comfortable beach days.  I just plan accordingly.  And, that means, bring the cozy, fun layers.  

I am having so much fun with this year's Studio Made Series.  I have been sewing for about 7 years now and, during Quarantine, made something new almost everyday for a month and spent lots of other days sewing, too.  My wardrobe, especially in warmer months, is almost 100% made by me.
