Pixie’s Tasty Tuesday - Baked Spaghetti + Caprese Salad

Definitely tossed a Beach House Apron over my white Milton Dress for this one!

We made Baked Spaghetti with Caprese Salad.  Everyone loves Friday Night Spaghetti, but we changed it up a bit and made it casserole style.
The recipe I found used egg to hold it together. Here’s the recipe.  I did NOT use cottage cheese, cuz, gross. Also, I’m sure I put more than the recommended mozzarella because I always do on these types of dishes. 

Also, on the Caprese. We keep it simple with chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh mozzarella from the deli section, kosher salt, ground pepper and, KEY INGREDIENT, fresh basil. 🌿 Everyone loves this salad. Featured Beach House Apron is our Denim with stars for all Summer long.
